How does your online store work?

Simply click on the “Add to Cart” button for the Ddrops® product you would like to purchase. This will then take you to your “Shopping Cart” and add a single unit to your cart. Here you can view the item(s) you have selected, adjust quantity, apply coupons (if applicable), and calculate shipping.
 
Once you have confirmed your order, click "Proceed to Checkout”, where you will then be guided through a “One Page Checkout”.
 
Here, you have the option to create a new account where your information can be saved for the next time you are purchasing from us online. To save your information, simply select the bottom box, “Remember me! Create my Ddrops Company US account.”
 
1. To begin, please fill out your Billing and Shipping information, including your name and address. If your billing and shipping information is the same, just check the “Same as Billing” box beside “Shipping Information”.

2. After you have entered your information, you will be provided a shipping method. Please select from the “USPS Shipping Options”.

Psst… Don’t forget to have $25.00 in your cart before taxes to take advantage of FREE shipping.

3. You will then be asked to select one payment method. Use a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal) or Payment by Amazon. If all the information is correct, click “Checkout” and you are done!
 
You should receive a confirmation email and tracking information shortly.

Once you find an item to purchase, click "Add to Cart."
 
You may change the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page, then selecting "Edit Cart".
 
When you are ready to complete your order, click "Checkout".
 
If you are a returning Shop Ddrops member, please enter your email address and password. If you are a new member, please enter your email address & password under "Create New Account" and make sure to select “Remember me! Create my Ddrops Company US account.”. Then, provide the necessary shipping and billing information for your order. Upon successfully completing an online order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately thereafter.



Is the inventory on Shop Ddrops live?
Our website is real-time and updated frequently. If the item you’re looking for is not found, it is either not available online or it is currently out of stock. When the item is available for purchase, it will appear on the site.
 
We encourage you to check the site frequently for changes and updates.
 
 

Can I change my order?
If you notice something is wrong, please contact us right away and we will try our best to help you. Changes cannot typically be made to an order once the “Checkout” button has been pressed. Can I change the address of my Shop Ddrops order?
To protect the security of our shoppers, users cannot make changes to any order once it has been placed, including address and contact information.
 
If you have submitted the wrong information by accident, please contact us right away. You may wish to request that we attempt to cancel your order, so that you can then re-order with the correct information. Please note that we cannot request that an order be cancelled once it has shipped. To modify your order prior to processing and shipment, please email us at info@shopDdrops.com with the following information:

Why didn't I receive an e-mail confirmation of my order?
You may not have received email confirmation for several reasons:
 
1. You may need to add info@shopDdrops.com to your accepted list of email addresses.
2. The email may be placed in your junk folder. Please be sure to check your junk folder.
3. The email address provided with your order may have been misspelled or invalid. If you believe you have submitted the wrong information, please contact us right away.
 
Please ensure that your firewall or spam filter will allow correspondence with the email addresses above.

 

Can I track my order?
Tracking information is only available once the item has been shipped. For orders where carrier tracking is available:

· Click on the “My Account” link (at the top of the page)
· Sign in by supplying your email address and password
· Under “Track Your Recent Orders”, click on the order you wish to track
· Look for the "Tracking Number" towards the bottom left of the receipt
· Click on the tracking number to be directed to the carrier’s website to track your shipment
 
You may also refer to the order confirmation email you received. You will find the estimated delivery time information directly below the product price summary.
 
NOTE: Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier's website to update tracking information before it can be tracked. Your order may ship in separate boxes and may be delivered at different times.

 

Can I purchase in larger quantities?
Companies wishing to purchase larger quantities may apply to the Ddrops® reseller program. Ddrops Company has high standards for the reseller selection process, and thereby selects resellers carefully. This often takes time. If you are interested in becoming a Ddrops® reseller, please follow the steps below. It is important to note that Ddrops Company does not provide any forms of documentation including testing, exporting and authorization papers, as these documents are easy to alter or replicate. Price lists, product catalogues and high-resolution images are confidential and will only be provided to successful applicants.

The application will require information about your business. Please have these details ready:
 
· Business name, complete address, phone & fax number
· Contact name, email and phone/mobile number of the individual completing the application.
· Website/store URL
· Description of the type of business and any other details that may provide some background about your company.
· Projected order volumes (initial order & anticipated annual order volumes)
 
Only successful applicants will be contacted regarding next steps. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days.
 
  
How can I cancel my Shop Ddrops order?
Please note that once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make any changes, including a cancellation. To cancel your order prior to processing and shipment, please email us at info@shopDdrops.com with the following information:

What should I do if the shipping box and product are both damaged?
Please notify a Ddrops® representative right away by calling us at 1-844-433-7677 to report the damage. Our contact centre is open during business hours, 8:00am to 4:00pm EST, Monday to Friday.
 
For small carrier delivered packages (UPS, Canada Post, FedEx…), please keep the product in the original shipping box.


My package is lost, what happens next?
Please contact a Ddrops® representative right away at 1-844-433-7677 during business hours, 8:00am to 4:00pm EST, Monday to Friday, for assistance and have the following information ready to provide:
 
· Your name
· Order confirmation number

Where can I find my Shop Ddrops orders?
To view your orders, click “My Account/ Login” (at the top of the page) and sign in by supplying your email address and password.
 
Under the heading “Track your recent orders”, all orders will be listed by date starting from your most recent order.

What is the difference between Canada price and U.S. price?
Ddrops® uses pricing models that allow us to offer our customers the best possible value. If you see a difference in price on an item sold on Shop Ddrops in the U.S and one in Canada, it could be due to “external” factors including but not limited to possible duties/tariffs/taxes.



How do I subscribe to email offers?
To subscribe to Shop Ddrops email offers simply click the “Yes, I would like to be notified of product updates” checkbox when creating a new account.


 
Why am I not receiving promotional emails from Shop Ddrops?
It is possible that your ISP (Internet service provider) considers our email as bulk or junk mail. If you have a junk mail folder, you might want to check there for our emails. If you do not have a junk mail folder, your ISP has automatically deleted the email.

How do I clear my cookies?
If you are experiencing log-in issues, we suggest that you delete your temporary Internet files to help clear up those issues.
 
 For those using IE 8.0 to IE 11.0, follow these instructions:

2. Click Internet Options
3. Click Delete (in the Browsing History section)
4. Click OK

What if I receive a phishing scam or a SPAM email?
Unfortunately, the Internet at any given time is filled with numerous illegitimate pop-up ads, surveys, websites, emails, social media posts and advertisements that purport to be from or authorized by Ddrops®. It is unlikely that Ddrops® is affiliated with any of these promotions. 

The best policy is to stop and think before you click. Delete any questionable emails and texts, and be suspicious of any posts or ads with offers that are too good to be true.
 
 

Does Ddrops price match with other retailers?
It is our mission to continually provide customers with quality goods at low prices. As the manufacturing company, we already offer competitive prices at the point of purchase, Ddrops® does not price match with other retailers.

What are product reviews?
Product reviews offer customers a platform to provide feedback about products being offered on Shop Ddrops. You are given the opportunity to share your personal experience with the online shopping and overall product usage. In addition, each product review provides an overall rating based upon a 1 to 5-star rating system with 5 being the most favourable.
 
You may also find the product reviews helpful in determining which product best suits your needs, based upon reviews posted by other consumers who have previously purchased similar products.

 

What are the criteria for submitting a product review?
Product reviews submitted on Shop Ddrops will be screened prior to posting, to ensure they comply with our Terms and Conditions of Use.
 
Reviews will be screened based on the following criteria:
 
Review writing notes:
· Focus on specific product details
· Be sure the product and model match what you have purchased
· Use at least 50 characters in the review
 
Things to avoid:
· Price or any information that will change
· Mentioning other sites or businesses
· Inappropriate language or tone
· Divulging personal information
  
Approved ratings & reviews are posted to the site within 72 hours.

 

How can I submit a product review?
To submit a product review, select the product item you wish to write a review on, located on the Shop Ddrops homepage as well as under "shop". Clicking on the product item will open the product shopping page. At the bottom of this page click "Write A Review". A pop-up will then appear where you will prompted to provide your name, email address, location and the title of your review. Here you may write a review and select a rating of 1 - 5 stars. To submit your review you must fill out a verification code and select "Add Review". 

You will then receive an email confirmation that your review has been submitted. If your email has been approved you will be notified through email. 
 
Share your opinion with us in as detailed a review as you wish so others can gain insight. Focus on the actual product, administration and usage as well as your individual experience using it. Also provide details about why you liked or maybe disliked the product.

 
 
How can I update my Shop Ddrops account information?
To update your Shop Ddrops account information, click "My Account / Login" found in the upper right-hand corner of the Shop Ddrops homepage. Sign in under Registered Shoppers by supplying your email address and password.
 
HOW TO UPDATE THE FOLLOWING:
 
E-MAIL ADDRESS:
1. Select "My Account" located on the top right hand corner of the Shop Ddrops page. 
2. Select "update address" on the right hand side of the page next to 'billing address' and enter your new information. 
3. Once you have updated your information select "update my information" at the bottom right of the page.
4. The next time you log into your Shop Ddrops account, use the new email address you provided.
 
PASSWORD:
1. If you have forgotten your password, click "My Account/ Login".
2. Enter your email address and select "reset my password". This will deactivate your current password, and a link to reset your password will be emailed to you.
3. Please use the link provided in the email to create a new password. The reset link will expire in 12 hours and can be used only once. If the link has expired before you could create a new password, submit a new request to reset your password, following the same steps stated above. 
 
Please be aware that if you have your junk mail settings on high, the reset password email might be deleted by your ISP as junk mail before you see it. To ensure you get our emails, please add info@shopDdrops.com to your address book or your safe sender list and be sure to check your junk mail box if you believe you haven't received an email.
