When will I get my Ddrops?
This depends on the method of shipping you select in the checkout process. First-Class Mail - Parcel, Priority, USPS Retail Ground and Express shipping are available. All orders require 2-4 business days for processing, so please note that the shipping time estimated during checkout does not include processing time. Once your order is placed and prepared for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information included. Use the tracking number provided after ordering for up-to-date information.

Are there shipping limitations on Shop Ddrops orders?
Ddrops® currently offers shipping in the U.S.. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes, APO (military) boxes, FPO (foreign) boxes, freight forwarders, hotels, retail locations, or international addresses.



Where can I find the estimated shipping timeframe?
Every purchase made on Shop Ddrops has an estimated time of delivery. You will find the estimated shipping timeframe under "Shipping Information" on the one page checkout. If you have already placed your order, you will find the estimated shipping information on your order confirmation receipt email. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Use the tracking number provided after ordering for up-to-date information.

 

Can I downgrade or upgrade the shipping method?
We are unable to make changes to the shipping type once an order has been placed.

You may wish to re-order with upgraded shipping if available on the item desired.

Does Shop Ddrops ship internationally?
Currently, products on Shop Ddrops are available for U.S. delivery only.

Do you ship to my area?
To find out if an item can be shipped and delivered to your zip code, simply add the item to your cart, and proceed through the checkout process.

Once you have entered your shipping address, you will be prompted to select a "Shipping Method", indicating that your address has been accepted. If you are not provided with shipping methods an error message will appear indicating that the address you have provided is limited.

 

Why are you not able to ship to my postal code?
Shop Ddrops currently offers shipping to unrestricted addresses only. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes, hotels, freight forwarders or international shipping addresses.

Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on geographic region; these restrictions will vary by item. 

To determine if an item is deliverable to your area, please add the item(s) to your cart, and proceed through the checkout process. Once you have entered your desired shipping address, you will be advised if the item(s) can be shipped to that particular location.

Does Shop Ddrops ship to P.O. Boxes?
We do not currently deliver to P.O. boxes, or freight forwarders. 

 

How do I add a new shipping address during checkout?
Sending an item as a gift or to a different address? No problem, as long as the credit card and billing information are an exact match the ship to address can be changed.

How long will it take to get my order?

Can I ship to a local retailer to avoid shipping charges?
The products sold online are shipped directly from Ddrops Company in Canada. Retail locations are not able to accept these shipments. Picking up the products from us or other vendors is unfortunately not an option. The products will be shipped to your home or business; please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, hotels or freight forwarders.

Where can I find the shipping charges?
Once you have added an item to your cart and proceed through the one page checkout, shipping charges are calculated in real-time after entering your shipping information, including your zip code. Shop Ddrops also has a shipping calculator located in your shopping cart. Simply enter your information under "Calculate Shipping" and select "Calculate" for an estimated shipping cost.

All handling charges have been taken care of by us and we ensure that your order will be handled with lots of love and care.

Can I track my order?
Tracking information is only available once the item has been shipped. For orders where carrier tracking is available:
·  Click on the “My Account” link (at the top of the page)
·  Sign in by supplying your email address and password
·  Under “Track Your Recent Orders”, click on the order you wish to track
·  Look for the "Tracking Number" towards the bottom left of the receipt
·  Click on the tracking number to be directed to the carrier’s website to track your shipment
 
For the specific shipping time frame on the item(s) you have purchased, please refer to the product page of the item you ordered, or refer to the order confirmation email you received. You will find the estimated delivery time information directly below the product price summary.

NOTE: Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier's website to update tracking information before it can be tracked. Your order may ship in separate boxes and may be delivered at different times.



Can I change the address of my Shop Ddrops order?
To protect the security of our shoppers, users cannot make changes to any order once it has been placed, including address and contact information.

If you have submitted the wrong information by accident, please contact us right away. You may wish to request that we attempt to cancel your order, so that you can then re-order with the correct information. Please note that we cannot request that an order be cancelled once it has shipped. To modify your order prior to processing and shipment, please email us at info@shopDdrops.ca with the following information:
